Here are some ways to cure insomnia that you may don’t know about yet:

the first thing that you need to do in order to cure insomnia is to find a way to relax and prevent the things that can cause insomnia because you know that prevention is better than curing something. Try to go to bed every time on the same hour and don’t make your program a waste because your body can sense that very easy.

if you try and try to sleep and you are still awake, make a little walk, eat something and then go back to bed. Don’t just give up because giving up tells the body that you don’t really want to sleep and you won’t realy will sleep that night.

if you sleep on your stomach you can have problems because you can’t be relaxed and play it cool. If your stomach is making something and you just sleep on it then it’s not going to let you sleep properly and it’s going to be not so fun after all.

my grandmother always is saying to me that is not good to eat large meals before going to bed because of that the stomach is busy to process that large meal and it won’t let your body/brain in order to sleep and make yourself busy with that and it’s not so cool after all.

coffeine won’t really help you sleep and you have to know that in order to cut it from your program, at least at nights when you go to bed.
